This seminar comprehensively discusses evidence-guided surgical interventions for equine tendon and ligament disorders with an emphasis on case-based scenarios frequently encountered in our clinical practices. Advanced surgical techniques for treating congenital and acquired flexural contractures/deformities will be presented. Current and upcoming surgical (and post-surgery) interventions that are guided by advanced diagnostic imaging for enhancing intra- and extra-synovial tendon and enthesis healing will be covered.
